Can I check out late?
We try to accommodate late check out requests when we can – late check out availability is dependent on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk on the evening before your departure or in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. We’ll do our best!

Do you have parking?
Yes, valet parking is available for hotel guests for $30 per day and self-parking is also available for $19 per day. Pull up to the front of the hotel and when checking in, we will give you instructions for the self-park garage.

Can I charge my electric car?
We do not have electric vehicle charging stations.

Do you have a courtesy shuttle to the airport?
We do not, but we'd be happy to call for taxi or car service. Just stop by the front desk.

Are pets welcome?
Absolutely! Our pet fee is a one time charge of $50.

We would like to have a roll-away bed in our room. Is there an extra cost?
Our rooms do not fit rollaway beds, but our suites do have pull out couches.

What is the minimum age for check-in?
21 years old.

Do you have a business center?
No but the front desk can print boarding passes or help with anything you need.

I forgot to bring my toiletries: where can I get some?
We keep a limited stock of items. Text Paige, our Virtual Concierge at (260) 217-9767 and we can deliver to your room.

Is there any way to do laundry?
We have a daily dry-cleaning service Mon – Friday with same day service. Use the provided laundry bag and dry cleaning form in your room and bring it to the front desk by 8am. Your items will be returned by 6pm.

Where can I work out?
Come down to our state of the art, 24-hour fitness center on the 1st floor. Don’t forget to bring your room key with you.

I checked out but I didn't receive my receipt. How do I get one?
Feel free to text us at 260-217-9767 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I left something in my room. How do I retrieve the item?
Contact the hotel and our team will work with you to return your times.

What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked. Please refer to each rate’s booking policies upon the reservation checkout screen.
